1. Scope of Services

The treatments provided include acupuncture, dry needling, cupping therapy, gua sha, electroacupuncture, manual therapy, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release. These services are intended for pain relief, injury recovery, and mobility improvement. They do not replace medical treatment, diagnosis, or care from a licensed healthcare provider.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and disclosing any conditions that may impact treatment, including but not limited to pregnancy, cardiovascular issues, or previous injuries. The practitioner is not liable for any complications arising from withheld medical information.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all scheduled appointments. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be subject to the full session fee. No refunds are given for completed treatments or prepaid sessions.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for treatment and scheduling purposes. Any personal or health-related information provided will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment & Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Insurance is not currently accepted, but clients may request an itemized receipt for potential reimbursement through their provider.

6. Liability Waiver

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that acupuncture and bodywork treatments involve minimal risks and agree to release the practitioner from any claims related to discomfort, adverse reactions, or injuries resulting from treatment. Clients should consult their primary care provider before beginning treatment if they have concerns.
